You are invited to join David Crandall and me as we take you on a journey into sound and vibration. Intended to help move your mind, body and spirit back into vibrational harmony, this meditative experience also may assist in opening your creative flow.

You'll be lying down for 45 minutes and will experience the sounds, frequencies and vibrations of a combination of various instruments, including melodic metal tongue drums, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, bells, tuning forks and Native American-style flutes and more.

The cost is a specially discounted price of just $15, available at this price at this venue only. Please sign up in advance at Unity of Stuart’s gift shop as space is limited. You also may call Unity at (772) 286-3878‬ to make your reservation and pay by phone. I encourage you to sign up early as we sell out each month. Space is limited to 25 people.

Please bring your own mat or blanket (or several to create more of a cushion). If you’re more comfortable sitting, that’s an option. (We’ll supply the chair.)

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES IN ADVANCE OF THE 7 P.M. START TIME to get situated in your space. The program will begin promptly at 7 p.m. To prevent any disruption, no one will be permitted to enter after that time. Thank you for your cooperation!
