You are invited to join Doreen Poreba and David Crandall as they take you on a journey in sound. Intended to help move your mind, body and spirit back into vibrational harmony, this meditative experience also will assist in opening your creative flow.

You'll be lying down for 45 minutes and will experience the sounds, frequencies and vibrations of a combination of various instruments, including melodic metal tongue drums,Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, bells, tuning forks and Native American flutes.

Afterwards, you’ll be invited to capture your experience by writing in a journal, doodling, drawing, coloring or in whatever way you’re moved!

The cost is $10. Please sign up in advance at Unity of Stuart’s gift shop in advance, which will let us know how many people are coming and we can properly set up the room. Bring your own mat or blanket (or several to create more of a cushion) and a journal, if you have one. Lined and blank journals also will be available for $2.

Space is limited to 40 people and will be held in the sanctuary. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and you are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before the 7 p.m. start time to get situated in your space. The program will begin promptly at 7 p.m. To prevent any disruption, no one will be permitted to enter after that time. Thank you for your cooperation
